COVID-19 has impacted businesses and jobs everywhere and has badly hit hiring
activity. However, dark clouds have a silver lining. About 38% of all employers
expressed their intent to hire freshers before the pandemic struck; this base has
shrunk to 15% for the period February – April, 2021.
